The product, in the report: Rocker/glider with matching ottoman. Wooden chair part. Cushions are beige in color.
We have a Glider Rocker by LaJobi. It was purchased in August of 2012 from WalMart. It came also with a footrest that matches the chair. Last week, my 4 year old was rocking in it and yelled, “ my arm’s stuck, help!” My husband looked and noticed the base and the arm of the chair had separated. Now, we’ve only used this while I was nursing, rocking a baby or my toddler would sit in it. My toddler had his arm lightly wedged in the resulting space. I don’t understand how the arm would completely separate ( my husband said the screws were installed correctly) and the base is all wobbly.
What do I do? It wasn’t cheap at $169.00.
Thanks for your help,
