The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Callaway 7-Piece Padded Sling Patio Set Item # 933755GL Sold at Meijer in Ft Wayne IN Link to item on website: http://www.meijer.com/s/callaway-7-piece-padded-sling-patio-set/_/R-180704 Umbrella

Outdoor patio furniture included 6 chairs, glass table and umbrella. The umbrella was spinning in the wind so my husband went to adjust it. As he lifted the umbrella from the stand, the wind caught it and tipped it sideways. The leverage from the umbrella pole tipping caused the table to shatter into my lap. I sustained minor scratches as did my husband.
