The product, in the report: Marine Raider Boat Seat Swivel SKU:017671975 ITEM:SFMR2063

I installed an Marine Raider Boat Swivel in my boat and the first time I leaned back it came apart rolling me onto my back. I was only keep in the boat by the handle of the running outboard motor I was holding. The same swivels are used under seats on deer tripod stands 10 to 12 feet high. I own 2 of them. What I found was the pivot pin should have been flared on one end and it was not flared. This product must not go through any inspection before being placed on an Academy store shelf. I did put a bad review of the product on the Academy site. I have pictures if needed. If you look at the picture on the Academy site you will see a divot in the pivot pin that locks the pin into the washer and holds it all together. Mine did not have a divot.
