The product, in the report: Sleep Number C360 California King mattress
In 2021 we purchased a Sleep Number C 350 California king mattress from a Sleep Number retailer. The sides edges/were soft and collapsed when you sat on the side/edge/ this was not the case with the original mattress which we owned for 8 years. We spoke to the sales person about this and they said this is the new design. Knowing this we were cautious when we sat on the side/edge and I personally had several times when I slid but did not fall. On May 1, 2023 my husband sat on the side/edge and slid and twisted his ankle trying to not fall on the floor. He did fall on the floor and aggravated his back as well as spraining his ankle.
