The product, in the report: Mattress
The caller stated that he purchased the mattress in 2008 and around 2011 he started feeling the springs. He was experiencing imprints of these coil springs on his body.
The caller feels that this mattress is unsafe and this could possibly caused injury if these springs should break.
6/2011 The retailer was contacted and a rep was sent out for inspection, he was informed that the mattress was no longer under warranty and based on the body impression it was less than 1 1/2 inches and his claim was denied.
The retailer was purchased by another firm and another inspection was done and they confirmed the first report.
The caller feels that this mattress should be reported.
