The product, in the report: Lucid 12 inch plush gel memory foam mattress

Took off removable zippered mattress cover of Lucid mattress and fiberglass shards dusted off the inner fire-retardant liner and coated all of my bedding, clothing, carpet and furniture and led to skin and lung irritation. Had to dispose of many items and attempted deep clean but shards are still visible.
