The product, in the report: Mattress
Caller stated that after sleeping on the mattress for a few days she started feeling pains in her neck, arms, shoulder and her left side. Caller stated that they noticed that the new mattress that was purchased had a sink hole in the middle.
Caller stated that she had visited her physician because of the pain. The retailer was contacted and she was advised that they would have pay a restocking fee because it was over 30 days. Caller contacted the manufacturer and they advised her of the warranty and that she should get a replacement from the retailer.
Caller feels that this mattress is unsafe and should be reported.
