  1. No incident, no one hurt

The product, in the report: Arms Reach Mini Ezee 3 in 1 Co-Sleeper Gray color - Acanthus is the name of the pattern Model 5421-AC

My Arms Reach Mini Ezee 3 in 1 cosleeper and mattress was working fine after being gently used for four months with my first child beginning in January of 2019. After being properly stored and then used for my current baby for two months without any issues, a few days ago there was a deep indentation under my baby’s head when I got her up in the morning. There hadn’t been any sagging in the mattress or problems prior to this, so I was concerned that it gave out so quickly and created a deep indentation where she lays her head down. I moved her to the other end of the mattress that night, and the next morning there was a deep indentation under her head on that side as well. Thankfully she is not rolling to her stomach yet, but when she does it would be extremely unsafe because her face will be stuck down in a deep indentation and she would have trouble breathing and be at risk of suffocation. I will not be using the mattress again for fear of suffocation. I contacted the company and they are unconcerned about it. This was not wear and tear from gradual use. It worked just fine until it didn’t. I believe the material inside the mattress is defective since it made the deep indent over one night, and really don’t want anyone else putting their babies in a dangerous situation.
