The product, in the report: Queen size mattress and adjustable base. Mattress contains MEMORY FOAM

Hello, Purchased/ received a TEMPURPEDIC Mattress set , purchased at SLEEPYS in East Meadow. I have been airing out this ‘nightmare” bedding set since received November 14. 2015. I have returned to SLEEPYS to advise this bedding has given me headaches, aches and pains and has physically disturbed my life. I am frightened and want this product out of my home. This memory foam has to be dangerous. I have learned that it is on ( as per SLEEPYS) all mattresses currently. Sleepys refused to remove this sickening product and proposed I retain mattress for another 21 days . Can you imagine such a proposal after sharing how dreadfully sick I feel as a result of these chemicals in my home However, that is not why I am con contacting you. When I mentioned to SLEEPYS my new physical problems, they mentioned airing should have ( only) been )for 24 hours ( I am sure that was their error for announcing that). NOW, I understand I am dealing with something that is hazardous to my health and others. I advised I had to sleep with air conditioner on ( to breath with this bed ) and someone said that “ makes it worse”. Is it formeldythide? I do not know. My concern is to get these pieces out of my life and to get the Consumer Protection Agency to reseach this new nightmare mattress companies are producing. Consumers, such as myself, should be able to purchase bedding and not take their health into mind. My gosh. Thank you Please understand my complaint is not about money as I have contacted the aforementioned manufacturer and vendor. I will forward with legal resources. Memory foam must be investigated. I do thank you.
