The product, in the report: Sherwood Bedding, 12” Visco mattress, firm, King Size
I purchased a Sherwood Bedding mattress, 12” Visco model, from Sit n’ Sleep in Santa Ana, CA. It is made of memory foam and after 2 nights of sleeping on the mattress, I woke up with asthma attacks and an allergic reaction that presented with swollen eyelids, watery eyes, and a red rash on my chest and back. I had to use my rescue inhaler twice this morning, on 7/10/12, after having the mattress since 7/8/12. My husband does not have any documented asthma or allergies, and he also presented with watery, swollen eyelids. Memory foam beds are made with various chemicals that off gas, and consumers with asthma and allergies should be made aware of this before they purchase these mattresses and waste their time and money, along with their precious health.
