The product, in the report: Serta Perfect Day Celebration Plush Queen sized mattress. Model #430068-350, Date of manufacture July 10th 2013, certified by AW Industries Inc, [REDACTED]

On two separate instances (August 17th and 24th 2013), Marlo Furniture ([REDACTED]) delivered two moldy queen sized mattresses to my residence. These mattresses were in sealed plastic bags, from what appeared to be the manufacturer or warehouse.

The mattresses ([REDACTED] Perfect Day Celebration Plush Queen sized) were part of a bedroom set that I ordered from Marlo on June 23rd 2013. On 17th August, the delivery driver left the first moldy mattress at my residence because I had no other bed to sleep on at the time. We took some bleach to it in an attempt to kill the mold until a new one could be delivered on 24th August.

The second mattress they brought had mold in the exact same spots (in location and quantity) as the first mattress. They put the second mattress back on the truck after reporting it to their supervisor and drove away.
