The product, in the report: Kesyup Queen Size Mattress 12 Inch Gel Memory Foam Hybrid 60”x80” Fiberglass-Free CertiPUR-US Pressure Relief Motion Isolation Soft Plush Feel

I have purchased a very expensive mattress and an order for a mattress that has been recently recalled with high safety recall issues. I received an email from Amazon weeks ago stating that I needed to fill out the recall link form for the seller to initiate My Refund and dispose of my bed. I did that multiple times and no response from the seller. I reached out to Amazon they told me if I don’t hear anything back within 72 hours from the seller for the link for the safety recall from the email to give them a call back and they will investigate to try to resolve and get the refund. I did that then they said that they will investigate it under in to try to initiate an escalate the refund to contact them back and send me two hours and I received an email from them a week ago stating to contact him back in 72 hours. I’ve been on chats on phone calls for 4 days and have not had any success with anybody I’ve been hung up on. The phone has been silent they’ll sit there and then they’ll disconnect the call. I have chatted after waiting 30 minutes for an associate to even join the chat multiple times throughout the last 4 days and then once they join the chat basically tells me I can’t do anything and then they end the chat due to inactivity and I’ve been on there the whole time. I have multiple screenshots emails and everything that I need in order to pursue legal action at this point I want my refund. I actually contacted them right after I received the item when it came. It came shank wrap and a box but the box look like it has been stored in a warehouse and almost looked like it was wet or it’s been sitting there for a long time. Anyways I didn’t think anything of it I got it set up for my son and soon after both of us were breaking out with tiny little bug bites all over our body from head to toe and it went on for weeks my son actually missed multiple days of school it looked like he had chickenpox. I contacted Amazon to refund it and they basically told me to pack it up stick it back in the box and have it sent back. I explained to them that you can’t send it back and it won’t go back into the box and I have a disabled child who is autistic and a single mother and they wanted to charge me to send it back in the wet damage disgusting box fold it back up and drop it off somewhere even though I told him that we broke out with bites all over our body for weeks and my son missed school I even submitted pictures of our bites. They shut me down then later on received a recall on the same mattress and I still have yet to get any refund on this order the mattress any compensation for pain and suffering the loss of school and work because we were getting eaten up by whatever was in the mattress in the first place
