  1. Emergency room

The product, in the report: Olee Sleep Aquarius 10 inch memory foam mattress blue, Queen size, Gel infused for comfort and pressure relief, CertiPUR_US Certified, Bed-in-a-box

I purchased an Olee Sleep queen-size mattress from Amazon on May 22, 2022. After normal use, the mattress released fiberglass from the cover, which spread throughout my home. The product was a queen-size memory foam mattress. I was the primary user, but my entire household was exposed to the fiberglass. The mattress was only used for its intended purpose as a sleeping surface on a bed frame. I experienced skin irritation, rashes, and long-term damage to my skin health, along with mental distress. The injuries occurred because fiberglass particles escaped from the mattress cover, contaminating my home environment, clothing, and air circulation, which caused direct contact injuries and ongoing exposure issues. The harm is ongoing to this date.
