Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

This bed is extremely dangerous. Its packaging and sealing materials are cheap and inadequate. When I opened the sealed bed, it suddenly sprang open without any warning, hitting my face and causing a nosebleed and potentially a head injury. A king-size bed should never use this type of sealing method because, when opened, the bed is very large, leaving no way to shield yourself and no ability to control or hold it as it pops up upon release. This creates a significant safety hazard for consumers.
