The product, in the report: Zipadee zip by sleeping baby size large polyester 2 pack of navy and mint
1. I am concerned that we purchased two brand new zipadee-zips through the company Sleeping Baby that were appropriately sized based on their sizing chart and on two different occasions with two different products I found my baby in the morning with the zipper broken and the item around her neck 2. Zipadee zip by sleeping baby size large polyester 3. My 19 month old child 4. Correctly. Baby was wearing item in empty crib over light pajamas. First time it happened was November 13, 2022 with item purchased July 31, 2022. I stopped using item immediately and purchased again November 18,2022. Second incident occurred 12/16/2022 5. None happened. I was very concerned this is a strangulation risk I contacted company, have destroyed product (by their instruction) and stopped using
