No incident. I have extreme concern over this product, which appears to be a swaddler that’s very blanket like. The pictures feature babies sleeping in it, but it’s got big fluffy sides at the top. Some of the moms on the Amazon reviews are letting their babies sleep in this product. Very dangerous due to suffocation or SIDS.
