The product, in the report: embroidered blankets
My mother, [REDACTED] who lives Wisconsin, ordered some embroidered blankets for our three boys. My youngest, that is 1 year old, had cuts on his face and eye after sleeping with the blanket. We checked the blanket and found an embroidery needle was left inside the blanket. We are not sure what to do or who to contact for help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
