Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made Apr 25, 2023, sent to the company May 10, 2023, published by CPSC May 24, 2023

The product, in the report: Nested bean Zen One swaddle 0-3m

While using the nested bean zen one swaddle last night, the material around the neck bunched up around her neck, while moving around during light sleep, causing her to have difficulty breathing causing a potential strangulation incident. The swaddle was promptly removed and my child is fine at this time. I followed the instructions for use. I had the arm zipper portions removed to have my child’s arms swaddled out as we are planning to transition from swaddling soon. My daughter was wearing the correct size, 0-3m, for her weight and height. She was 10# 11oz and 23 inches long as of her last doctor appointment on 4/19/2023. The product fit her appropriately based on appearance as well.

The product, in the report: Nested Bean Zen One Classic sleepsuit in white, size 3-6 months.

My 3 month old son was wearing the Nested Bean Zen One Classic sleepsack as a swaddle. He began to squirm and the weighted portion of the sleepsack bunched up around his throat and mouth, causing a serious potential for asphyxiation.
