The product, in the report: Love to Dream, Swaddle up , Transitional bag, Original
While putting his 7-monthold child into a “Love to Dream, Swaddle up , Transitional bag, Original” a father reported hearing a snap. The child had sustained a complete spiral fracture of the humeral shaft due to the motion of putting the arm into the restraining pocket of the device. A complete child abuse work up was completed and found no evidence that abuse was involved. We have concluded that the way the device positions the arms, and difficulty of getting the baby into the device lead to the fracture.
