The product, in the report: Swaddle Sleep Sack for infants

I was using the guanama swaddle sleep sack and noticed on our nanny cam that it covers part of infant airway and babies can easily pull it up over their mouth and nose, even when securely wrapped.

The product, in the report: Gunamuna sleep sack Sleep Bag Long Sleeve Premium Duvet Size 9-18 months Size 24-36 months www.gunamuna.com

I purchased 2 sleep sacks from Gunamuna. The neck opening of both of these sleep sacks (age 9-18 months) is a huge 7 inches, 3 inches wider than any other sleep sack we own. The sack slipped down our sons shoulders and he was able to take the sack off multiple times without unzipping and, more worryingly, the sack crept over my sons face while sleeping as the shoulders and neck opening are so huge. My son wore an age appropriate size and is very broad and tall for his age so him being too small for the product was not a factor. I contacted Gunamuna regarding my concerns and they denied the issue, even after I sent photos of a measuring tape next to the neck opening highlighting the vastness and a photo of my son wearing the product and it slipping down his shoulders. They have not responded

Further to my report submitted earlier regarding an unsafe Gunamuna Sleep Sack worn by my son, I have attached additional photos

The sleep sacks excessive neck width of 7 inches caused the sack to ride up over my sons face while sleeping; we witnessed this on his video monitor but could not get a picture in the dark. It continually slipped down his shoulders and he was able to take the sack off himself without unzipping it

The item was laundered once, per manufacturers instructions, cold wash,, air dry, and was only worn for 3 nights (manufacturer has since responded to our complaint that we must have stretched the sack, we did not).

We still have the sacks and can send them for physical inspection if required
