My grandson was sleeping in a sleepsack. The middle portion of the sleepsack’s material was covering the bottom portion of his face. It was completely covering his nose. The material then slipped down and bunched under his nose. He is three months old. He could have suffocated.

There are numerous other reviews of parents reporting this sleepsack covered their babies face or wrapped around their neck in the product reviews on Amazon.
