  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made Jun 15, 2026, sent to the company Jun 30, 2026, published by CPSC Jul 15, 2026

The product, in the report: Dream Weighted Sleep Sack Moon Grey / 0 - 6 Months

I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint regarding the Dreamland Baby weighted sleep sack. I recently purchased this product directly from Dreamland Babys website for use with my 6-week-old son. The product is prominently marketed as safe for infant sleep and is endorsed on their website with as seen on [REDACTED] branding, which contributed to my confidence in its safety. I used the product for one night before becoming aware of the [REDACTED] formal advisement against weighted sleep products for infants, as well as the CPSCs own safety concerns. Had this information been clearly communicated, or had adequate safety standards been in place, I would never have purchased or used this product on my newborn. I am deeply concerned that: 1. This product continues to be marketed and sold directly to consumers despite documented safety concerns 2. The companys website makes no mention of the [REDACTED] position or the CPSCs warnings 3. The as seen on [REDACTED] endorsement lends unwarranted credibility to safety claims that have not been substantiated by peer-reviewed research 4. Parents like myself are purchasing these products in good faith with no knowledge of the risks I am requesting that the CPSC take further action to ensure adequate warnings are required on these products at minimum, and that misleading safety claims be addressed.

The product, in the report: Dreamland Baby Sleep Swaddle, size 0-6 month, dark green

My nearly three month old son was wearing a Dreamland Baby Co product, the Dream Weighted Sleep Swaddle. I laid him to sleep and when I left the room I was able to see his face. When I returned, he was face down. I believe he turn and couldn’t turn back from the weight of the sleep sack. He passed away.

The product, in the report: https://dreamlandbabyco.com/?view=sl-AA10DC89 Dreamland baby sack- transitional sack, long sleeved, blue. Designed to help babies sleep at night

Dreamland Baby sleep sack. My 5 month old baby was sitting up being held in this sack, and his neck was bunched into the sack and caused him to lose oxygen, he stopped breathing momentarily and vomitted, when i laid him back, he gasped for air. This sleep sack cut off his circulation around his neck and it could have been a lot worse.
