My client purchased this sleep sack and after about a week of use she woke up to find that the zipper portion was faulty and her child had wiggled down into it and had the front flap over his face, unable to get it off. Luckily she caught it in time. She emailed the customer support to inform them of this hazard and they apologized, but admitted that this particular batch was produced with a faulty zipper and convinced her to allow them to send a replacement as a show of good faith and hopes that she would give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. She did. On the FIRST night with the new one, the same thing happened! She checked the tags and they’d sent her one from the exact same batch! Identical tags and all. They didn’t send out a warning or a recall and there’s no information about it online. Please pass this along to any clients or families you may know that have this sleep sack in case they aren’t so lucky.
