I used the comfycubs zip up swaddle to swaddle my 2 month old daughter. After laying her down I saw her struggling on the monitor 30 minutes after laying her down. I went to check on her and the arm band of this product rolled up to wrap around her neck and strangle her. Luckily I noticed before it was fatal. I found her not even being able to cry from being strangled by this product. I was using it 100% correctly and exactly how the manufacturer pictured and instructed to use
