The product, in the report: Aden+Ana is sleep sack. Medium- 6/12 months size 00 15-24lbs
My daughter was using an Aden sleep sack. I woke up to hear her struggling. I thought maybe she was stuck in the bars of her crib. To my disbelief she was being strangled and suffocated by her sleep sack. The zipper came apart. It did not unzip but it came apart. My daughter was using the product. It was completely wrapped around her head and neck and she had marks on her throat. It was being used for her sleep.
