The product, in the report: Glowforge aura and personal filter system
I purchased a Glowforge Aura and personal filter system in Dec of 2023. The filter does not work at all and the fumes omitted from the machine are so strong they will make you nauseous, eyes burn and give you a headache. The actual laser cutter can be vented out a window but that is not an option for my situation. Glowforge keeps offering to allow me to return the units but I must pay a 10% restock fee and shipping on each item, $99 each. I have attempted numerous troubleshooting options, sent dozens of pictures and videos as requested but they keep sending the same response that they are willing to allow me to return at my cost. The filter system is defective so I can’t safely use the machine, I should not need to pay to return an unsafe product.
