The product, in the report: Whole House Water filters
Culligan waterfilters are #5 cancer causeing plastic and were not labeled with a triangle with the number of plastic it was made of. These water filters were not labeled for years. The public has been aware of number 5 plastics causeing cancer about two decades. How and why are water filters made of cancer causeing plastic allowed to be sold to the general public? We need a class action lawsuit to punish the perpertrators

The product, in the report: Culligan WH-HD200-C Whole house water filtration system with 1” stainless steel reinforced inlet/outlet connectors with bypass shut off valve. Manufacturer claims WH-HD200-C housing has been tested and certified by WQA against NSF/ANSI 372 for low lead compliance, CSA B483.1 and NSF/ANSI 42 for material safety and structural integrity requirements Model WH-HD200-C UPC 3366300509
I want to report multiple failures of the Culligan WH-HD200-C Whole House Heavy Duty water filter. This unit has failed and Culligan refuses to honor the 2 year warranty of the product. The failure is insidious and can go undetected until substantial water damage and mold has occurred. These units are installed at the main water line coming into houses and businesses and often in areas that are seldom visited. The leak starts with a very small pin prick from the plastic head unit that accepts the filter bowl. The leak then gets progressively faster and leaks more water. I have contacted product support and they require me to hire a plumber to test the water pressure coming from a city water line.
