The product, in the report: 36”x72” wall mirror

We purchased a wall mirror from Value City Furniture 3545 Plank Road Fredericksburg, VA 22407 in 2013 I believe it was. This is a large mirror that was placed on our wall. There is an apparent flaw in the manufacturing of this mirror. About a week ago the mirror fell off the wall Came Crashing Down to the floor. The hinge that was manufacturer to hold a mirror up that came attached to the Mirror busted loose the screws popped out in the hinge came off the mirror itself. Causing the mirror to fall crashing to the floor. This is a manufacturer flaw is Big Time safety issue had my toddler niece or pets been walking past that mirror at the time they could have been seriously injured if not killed. The mirror has been damaged in the floor was damaged. I contact at the store where I purchased a mirror at and their National office and they don’t care. I Explained to them that this is not an insurance issue that this is a safety issue, that they sold unsafe product. They really do not care. How many of these mirrors have already fallen off the wall how many will continue to fall off the wall how many people will be injured seriously or even possibly killed. The store takes no responsibility for their selling of defective products.
