No one hurt Made Oct 2, 2023, sent to the company Oct 6, 2023, published by CPSC Oct 23, 2023
The product, in the report: Simple Human vanity mirror rose gold with small 10x magnifying center mirror
Simple Human countertop mirror is unbalanced and all the weight is in the top causing it to fall over. The mirror also has a smaller magnetic mirror that attaches to center and at first topple I ordered a new center mirror. Then I noticed myself having to constantly catch mirror from falling. Over and over with barely touching so I contacted them. I had to order another center replacement and they said that there was zero issue-I said well I’ve made a video and they sent me another center mirror Then more complaints about weight and how it needs more weight in base. Again they tell me there’s nothing wrong (yet this mirror is no longer being sold) then yesterday when yet again it toppled over and shatters both center and main mirror This lack of concern about safety has gone on 5+ months starting in January
