No incident, no one hurt Made May 24, 2024, sent to the company May 29, 2024, published by CPSC Jun 12, 2024
The product, in the report: NeuType 52x32 black framed wall mirror. Model # JJ00940AAF
We had a 52x32 NeuType wall mirror fall off of our wall due to the top of the frame pulling away from the mirror/sides of frame. The plastic corner frame joints appear to have failed. When the frame came loose, the mirror swung down from the right hanging point, hitting our door frame, denting the moulding, and then fell on our new flooring, cracking the floor. Thankfully no one was injured. But this could have caused injury or severe harm, especially to a pet or child.
