The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Mirror

The consumer indicates that the top part of the mirror cracked off. The mirror is located above a couch but luckily nobody was sitting on said couch. The consumer notes that the mirror was hung by a professional contractor.

The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and explained the situation; the representative he spoke to informed him that there was nothing they could do as the unit was not covered under warranty.

The consumer is unsure if he will keep the mirror for at least the next thirty days.
