The product, in the report: Wall Mirror. Rustic decorative frame, rubbed bronze color, cast iron look, 26 1/2 inches by 36 inches.
Wall mirror hanging in small bathroom fell off wall and shattered mirror glass across bathroom. Mirror frame cracked where D-ring was attached to plastic mirror frame. Son was taking a shower when mirror fell off wall and could have been severely injured.
Mirror was purchased from Lowe’s probably between 2008 and 2010. Product sticker on back of mirror has this description: Rustic Wrought Iron Rect 40302 09875
