The product, in the report: From Amazon product page: Full Length Mirror with Brake Wheels, 70”x16”, Unique Solid Wood Oversized Floor Mirror with Coat Rack, Full Body Mirror for Bedroom, Living Room (Walnut)

This is a shelf/clothes rack with a full size mirror (~6 ft) attached to it. During the night, the mirror became detached from the unit and crashed to the ground, breaking into many sharp pieces. We noticed that the mirror had been held only by 4 small pieces of double sided sticky tape, which wasn’t very sticky. No one was injured, but if a person or pet had been under or near the mirror they would have been hit hard and potentially cut.
