No one hurt Made Jul 22, 2016, sent to the company Aug 3, 2016, published by CPSC Aug 17, 2016
The product, in the report: Glacier Bay frameless mirror - 21 in W x 31 in H
This product sold at Home Depot was installed at a new condo and it fell off the wall and shattered into pieces. The glue on the back of the mirror was not strong and it came unglued. I thought that it was just one bad mirror and I had a defective product. However, another mirror did the exact same thing, except this time, I saw that it was tilted and removed it. On the back of the mirror, the same problem existed, the glue had came undone.
This is a dangerous product - please do not let Home Depot sell any more of this design.
