I purchased the 30 x 36” dimmable LED lighted clear fog free frameless mirror and while the green dot dates do not coincide with what the recall is stating, I did however mention that the mirror is loose within and when my husband went to install it he received a shock. It has made us very nervous to actually use it as intended and I would like to utilize the recall for my mirror and get a refund. Please advise how to process this. kind regards [REDACTED]
