The product, in the report: Decorative kerosene lamp

The product is an approximate 12” tall, replica, decorative kerosene heater.

The consumer attempted to use it as an actual kerosene heater and added his own oil.

He initially lit it on the stove, inside his home and blew the flame out after 5 minutes. He then moved it outside and lit it again. Within 15 minutes, vapors started emitting from the top of the heater, along with an estimated 6” flame.

He tried aluminum foil and also tried placing a pot over the flame, but they did not extinguished it. Finally, he used a fire extinguisher to put out the flame.
