The product, in the report: Sunbeam Faux Stone Propane Fire Pit Table
We purchased a fire pit in May of this year through Wayfair. The product is a Sunbeam Faux Stone Propane Fire Pit Table (item# 9805). It’s been used very little and this Labor day weekend we decided to use it due to cooler weather. We noticed that the propane bottle was empty so I changed it out. I noticed two half circles of plastic on the rug. After looking further I discovered that the plastic pcs were “spacer” pcs which is inside the black knob which attaches to the propane bottle. Without the “spacer” the brass metal to metal seal does not engage. Wayfair was contacted but no action for correcting this issue has been made other than they will send me a replacement regulator. This is very concerning for any other consumer which may have purchased this product.
