The product, in the report: Liquid bio-ethanol fueled tabletop fire pit 14 x 5 x 11 inches https://www.amazon.com/Anywhere-Fireplace-Metropolitan-Tabletop/dp/B00QGQHT3I/ref=sr_1_82

My 5 year-old daughter was injured by a tabletop fire pit when it produced a very large, unexpected fireball. She was sitting no less than 4 feet away from the device when my father lit the fire pit. The product had been used many times before without issue, but on this occasion it produced a large, extended fireball that reached my daughter’s face. She covered her face with her hands, which prevented significant facial injuries. Her hair caught on fire and we extinguished with a bath towel. We took her to the emergency room at [REDACTED] hospital. The back of her hand was bandaged due to burns.
