The product, in the report: Vornado PVH Space Heater
Power button on the top of the space heater began sparking/smoking while unit was turned on and heating my bedroom. It was plugged directly into a normal wall outlet and was on the floor with plenty of open space around it. I was able to pull the plug from the wall before it caught fire.
