The product, in the report: ventless gas wall heater
I purchased online, a ProCom MD100HBA 10,000btu dual fuel gas ventfree blueflame wall heater S/N 11556788. It burns with a yellow flame indicating carbon monoxide and set off my co detector. Upon inspection inside, it is obvious that it was assembled at manufacture crooked at the junction of the “gas orfrice on the valve” and the “burner assembly” allowing improper gas/air mixture.
