The product, in the report: Monessen Propane Hearth Heater model DHHPT

I am the original owner of a Monessen Hearth Heater DHHPT. The propane fired unit is used both for decorative as well a supplemental heat. The factory warranties for the life of the heater the stainless steel burner # 49D0200. Unfortunately, that essential component has developed cracks in the steel in two places making operation of the heater unsafe to operate. As a result, the flame flares up and is escaping through the cracks in an uncontrolled manner and not entirely through the small openings in the grates. I contacted the company via letter with a digital of the defective component on November 30, 2014. I explained the reasons for my concern and included an annotated photograph of the defective component to explain the purpose of my letter. I requested information about the procedure to order a replacement part and offered to accept any charges that might be incurred. As of this date I have not received any response. Hopefully you are able to intervene on my behalf and point out the inherent danger from that defective part resulting from their apparent lack of interest. Any assistance will be appreciated.
