The product, in the report: DeWalt Corded propane heater model DXH45FAVHC
I purchased a DeWalt DXH45FAVNC heater online from Walmart on May 24, 2025. I reported that this unit did not even meet the basic description of being a heater twice and they forwarded my complaint to Enerco Group Inc. I reported it twice that the unit smelled of propane and carbon monoxide and was unusable. At no time has Enerco Group Inc responded. I recently reported it again and to date still have received no response. Please note I was using the unit in a small detached garage which is well vented. The smell was so bad I could not remain in the garage, despite the fact I had the garage door cracked and the opposing entrance door cracked as well.
