The product, in the report: gas heaters

The consumer purchased two gas heaters approximately two months ago from BJ’s Wholesale Club.

He began putting them together today 10/21/2022 around 4:30pm. When he pulled the parts out of the boxes, he found that the hardware included in the blister pack does not match the instructions. The parts affected are one’s that connect gas lines and if not connected properly could leak, catch fire etc.

He is reporting this as a product, where the instructions do not match connections he believes to be a fire hazard.

He is asking that CPSC investigate these heaters.
