Bought FAULTY BIG Buddy RADIANT heater at Walmart. I can Smell propane but the igniter wont ignight. EXPLOSION DANGER! No one at customer Service will respond, ph or email. Walmart wont exchange or accept return ! I am 70 yr old disabled woman with cancer. Ohio bad weather. I need this device to work!!!!! Or full refund!
