The product, in the report: Trustech 2-In-1 Space Radiant Heater - 120° Oscillation Infrared Heater for Outdoor & Indoor, 1500W Electric Heater, 4 Heating Modes, Garage Heater with Dual-Protection, Quiet Fast Heating Patio Heater Sold by: Choice Elite+US Model TQH-08A
I was using the Trustech Space Radiant Heater - 120° Oscillation, 1500W Electric Heater I had used it about a dozen times with no problem. I was using it in my kitchen far from my cabinets. I looked up to see the heater with the heating element up against my cabinets. Instead of oscillating, it kept going in one direction and wound itself up in the cord like a yoyo until it could go no further. I feel very fortunate that I hadn’t left it unattended or else my new kitchen would have undoubtedly gone up in flames. No injuries occured and I reported it to Amazon and Trustech and they provided a refund and assured me they would report this.
