The product, in the report: Envi Wall Mounted Heater
Our wall mounter heater apparently suffered an internal failure. We began smelling an electrical burning smell and found the unit had melted. We immediately unplugged and removed from our home. This is an “eheat, inc. Envi Wall Mounted Heater. Model number HH1012T, serial number 340670, date of manufacture Q4 / 2015. We purchased the unit new two years ago online from the manufacturer.
Had we not been home, and found this overheating unit, the results could have been catastrophic.
