The product, in the report: A/C Safe Bracket for AC Model ac-ntn1
Caller stated that he after he purchased the bracket for the AC he noticed that when he placed the unit on it that the bracket would not support the weight. He stated that the bracket is poorly designed and had he used it the unit would have fallen on a passerby posing serious injuries or even fatality. The bracket is also sold by other retailers as well.
Caller stated that he contacted the company but they were not understanding what he was trying to explain to the rep. He informed them that he would send them a video so that they could see the defects of the bracket.
Caller feels that this bracket is a safety hazard and should be investigated.
