  1. No one hurt

Made Jul 26, 2011, published by CPSC Aug 16, 2011

The product, in the report: WorkForce 9 inch twin window fan

I Purchased 3 Window fans from Home depot. The plug fits into the electrical outlet but needs to be wiggled and pushed in the up postion to work. All three fans are exactly the same way. Mulitple outlets and a power strip were used with all the same results. I contacted the company and was told that no recalls were issued and to return the product to the store and they will decide whether this is an issue which i feel is poor costumer service. They were not helpful in finding out whether this product is a safety issue
