The product, in the report: Twin Breeze by Allen+Roth. (Item #0275436) Bronze double ceiling fan
We had our ceiling fan on. It is approx 7 years old. Its a harbor breeze dbl ceiling fan. While we were sitting down watching tv 2 of the blades broke free from the fan. It was the metal that sheared, not the screws. The fan was on high and thank goodness only minor broken items, and no person was hurt. They flew off at a high rate of speed.
