The product, in the report: This is a Tozai oscillating fan, white in color.

On the evening of February 14th, our department responded to an apartment fire. Fire crews quickly made an interior attack and the fire damage was kept very minimal. I was called to investigate this fire and arrived about 30-45 minutes after the initial call. The area of origin was quickly determined to be a chair sitting on an angle in the room. I found there to be two possible ignition sources. One of them being a fan that was plugged into the wall, and the other being a wall mounted furnace. There is not much left of the fan, basically just the motor and a little bit of the cord. The residents stated that they had not been home since 0900 and the call came in at 1603. Video surveillance verifies this information.
